We solve one of the biggest challenges in shoe e-commerce by minimizing size and fit-related returns and avoiding unnecessary CO2 emissions. Thus, we improve our clients’ profits and the users’ online shopping experience.
Footprint is an AI-based SaaS technology that allows online shoppers to measure their feet with their smartphone to always find a match to the perfect fitting shoe. To achieve our goal of making online shopping environmentally conscious, we aim to become the world’s leading standard for shoe size recommendations by building a Paypal-like equivalent in this field.
With your ambitious and proactive personality, you will be contributing significantly to Footprint’s growth and success is focused on lead generation and management. From establishing contact to contract processing – you are the first point of contact for our new partners, and clients and work closely with our CEO.
Identify, acquire, win and manage new customers of all turnover levels in all markets
Take responsibility for the turnover by negotiating and closing contracts
Monitor your sales and revenues, draw regular reports, and support in preparing a forecast
Derive potential customers autonomously by visiting relevant events/ trade fairs as well as our and your own networks
Identify and realize new growth targets by following footwear industry trends and innovations
Stay up to date on our competitors as well as emerging players in the scene
Strong self-drive and turnover orientation to generate new leads and close sales deals (which is more important than a university degree)
Significant experience in B2B Sales, ideally in software, e-commerce, and/or the footwear industry
Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent knowledge and skills based on relevant professional experience in comparable positions
Strong communication skills, high level of self-confidence, and professional appearance
Ability to empathize with your counterpart to understand their motivation and needs
Joy, determination, and persuasion in leading sales conversations and negotiations
Passion for digital products and related trends
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
