About us

We develop an AI-based SaaS technology that allows online shoe shoppers to measure their feet easily and accurately at home in order to always find the perfect fitting shoe. This way, we reduce size-related returns and help avoiding unnecessary CO2 emissions, while helping online retailers lower their operating costs.

Yor Role

“We form a human-centered tech company” – according to this principle we need you to successfully expand our team. Your role is to find enthusiastic candidates and get them excited about our vision, mission and values in order to complete our team.

Your tasks

  • Be attentive – You are the first point of contact for potential candidates. To find them you have a great radar for high potential talents and actively approach them through career networks like LinkedIn in order to attract them to us.
  • Be sociable – Your daily routine consists of communication on all levels. You support them throughout the application process, conduct telephone interviews and, in case of a negative decision, inform the applicants personally.
  • Be creative – You work with us to improve existing and design new customized recruiting strategies for each position – from profile creation over active sourcing to target group oriented campaigns and recruiting.
  • Be sensitive – You find the perfect fit for our team. As a sparring partner for candidates and managers, you can understand both sides and ensure promising expectation management.

You bring

  • Confident and professional appearance and a passion for networking
  • Strong social skills and adaptability to approach people openly and excite them 
  • High level of self-motivation and proactiveness
  • Structured way of working
  • Practical know-how in the use of career networks and experience in proactive verbal and written communications with candidates
  • Keen sense and quick understanding of the requirements of the positions sought
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in German and English 
  • You are completing a suitable master’s degree (e.g. psychology or economics ideally with a focus on HR)

Nice to have

  • (First) professional experience in active sourcing via social media channels
  • Ideally, professional sales Experience in any field
